hello! I have really bad general anxiety disorder and social anxiety. This makes it a constant struggle to do the things I would otherwise enjoy because I'm too worried about potential situations and it throws me in a spiral. The thing is, I really enjoy drawing and sketching and coloring, it really brings me joy. However I am unable to motivate myself to do those things because of the constant "what if"'s that plague my mind. Do you have any advice on motivation in this case? sorryifitstoomuch
